The Hult Prize CIU 2025 Grand Finale took place on Wednesday (February 26) at Chittagong Independent University (CIU), Jamal Khan. The event started at 4 PM, where students shared their big business ideas to solve real-world problems. Shahreen Mahmud and Nahiyan Chowdhury hosted the event.
The judges were Tasfia Mehnaz Autithi, Kazi Adel, and Rumaiya Shaheen Chowdhury—experts in business, HR, and supply chain. Tasfia was a Hult Prize CU Champion and a semi-finalist in Marico Bangladesh’s “Over the Wall” competition. Rumaiya works at Unilever Bangladesh and has won many national business contests. Kazi Adel is a Supply Chain Manager at Pacific Jeans.
The competition was tough! Five teams—Elevator X, Trifecta Pitch, The Finest, Adeptus Stratigica, and 4 Musketeers—made it to the final round. After an intense competition, Adeptus Stratigica was crowned the champion, followed by The Finest as the first runner-up and Trifecta Pitch as the second runner-up. The judges evaluated, guided, and inspired the participants to refine their ideas.
The event was powered by an incredible organizing team, including Azra Karim, Sidratul Wasif, Sarah Nur Dovash and many more.
The event was sponsored by PFEC Global and Knight Riders Motors, with Purnota as the gift partner and CTG Post as the media partner.
Azra Karim, Campus Director of Hult Prize CIU, shared, “Our participants fought hard with their ideas to make a difference. Even though organizing this for the first time was challenging, we made sure to give them a stage to shine.”
Sarah Noor Dovash, Chief of Staff of Hult Prize CIU 2025, added, “I hope these teams keep improving their ideas and take them to bigger competitions, both nationally and internationally.”
This event gave students a chance to dream big, think smart, and step closer to becoming future change-makers.
