Two persons, including the health officer of Shah Amanat International Airport, have been arrested during four times of smuggling gold illegally brought to Chittagong. They were detained inside the airport around 10 am on Monday (January 29).

The arrested officer’s name is Dr. Sharif. However, the name of the other detained person is not known. He was a passenger of Air Arabia flight G-9526 from Sharjah at 9:30 am.
