Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader has said that as the game of election is now over, BNP has no future anymore.
He stated it while speaking at a public meeting at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday (January 10) at Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital.Awami League arranged the rally marking the historic Homecoming Day of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. AL President Sheikh Hasina presided over the rally.
Claiming that the BNP’s future is only dark because of its politics of mistakes, he said, “The game is over. The final game took place on January 7. The BNP is a fake party. Its movements, costumes, etc. are all fake. Their 28 points are also fake. Their one-point is also fake. BNP’s future hangs in the balance.”
He said Biden’s adviser was fake. Their leader, Tareque, is also fake. The BNP is a fake party. Their future is fake, their present is also fake. They have no future. There is darkness ahead for them.
Quader said a new game of politics would begin now. The game of elections is over for the next five years. The game will now be played against communalism, militancy, arson, terrorism, and corruption.
Recalling the home return of Bangabandhu on January 10, 1972, the AL general secretary said the hero of history, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, has been remembered on this day as Bangladesh achieved its independence as a result of his sacrifice and long pursuit.
Bangabandhu added Bangladesh to the world map, he added.
The AL general secretary said the Bangabandhu’s daughter, Sheikh Hasina, lit up the stage of today’s rally, while she has been elected as the AL’s parliamentary party leader.
He said Sheikh Hasina will take oath as the country’s prime minister at Bangabhaban on Thursday, while she is the architect of Bangladesh’s transformation and bearer of Bangabandhu’s dream.
“She is the sun of the east and our beacon of hope. She is the golden resort to our courage. She is the symbol of our extreme courage and bravery,” Quader said.
