“Internationally recognized terrorist organization BNP is out to create anarchy by carrying out sabotage and terrorist acts in the name of political programme and democracy likewise the previous times,” he said .
Quader, also road transport and bridges minister, said BNP’s armed cadre forces carried out terror acts in different parts of the country including Sirajganj, Jamalpur, Manikganj, Narayanganj and Jashore in the name of street march programme at union level across the country today.
He said BNP, which was born at the hand of military dictator Ziaur Rahman who seized state power on gun barrel through killings, coup, terrorism and conspiracy, is the main impediment to the country’s democratic progression.
By launching attacks and tourist acts in different parts of the country, BNP again revealed its terrorist character, he said.
The AL general secretary mentioned that a Canadian court earlier described BNP as a terrorist organization.
There is no room for anti-liberation forces, extremism, terrorism and militancy in the country, he said.
He said AL along with peace-loving patriot people will stay active on streets to build robust resistance against arson terrorists.
