Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni said that mistakes will be corrected in the textbooks of the new curriculum. She said, ‘Don’t make an issue by presenting small mistakes in a big way. Errors will be corrected.’
The minister said these things at a function organized at St. Gregory High School and College in the capital on Friday (January 20).
Regarding the plagiarism of class VII general science books, the minister said that all the books of the new syllabus have been printed in trial version. If there is a mistake, it will be corrected if necessary. One group is trying to make an issue by presenting a small mistake as a big one.
The education minister also said that the education system will be transformed in the light of the new curriculum of 2025. Skill based practical education will be one of the tools to build Smart Bangladesh.
