Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, a member of the BNP Standing Committee, made it clear that 2023 will be the year that the BNP brings democracy back and bids farewell to the government.
He said this after laying a wreath of flowers at the tomb of BNP founder Ziaur Rahman on Sunday morning, on the occasion of the 44th anniversary of the Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal.
“The new year will be the year to reach the goal of BNP. Elections will be held only after the fall of the government,” Gayeshwar claimed. He also anticipates Chhatra Dal participating actively in the anti-government movement.
Gayeshwar Chandra Roy along with Chhatra Dal President Kazi Rawnakul Islam Srabon, and General Secretary Saif Mahmud Jewel came to pay respects at Ziaur Rahman’s tomb.
