Diarrhea is mainly spread through contaminated food and water. For this, people of all ages have to abide by safe drinking water and cleanliness. Besides, children also need to be made health conscious.
Because
The prevalence of diarrhea is increasing due to various reasons. E.g.
– Do not wash your hands with soap before eating, just wash your hands with water
– Reluctance to use soap at the end of the toilet
– The location of the kitchen and toilet should be very close
– Do not drink safe water
-Eating street food and soft drinks
– Do not cover food after cooking (fly infestation)
That is why many are being attacked together
At present many people are suffering from diarrhea after returning home after eating food from marriage, Akika, Kulkhani or any other event. Again, those who ate in the afternoon were more likely to suffer from diarrhea than those who ate in the morning. For this reason, it is not right to eat stale food at night by heating it the next day. Health experts say that stomach ailments are one of the diseases that people suffer from when they eat stale food.
To do
Neglecting or neglecting diarrhea, not consuming the amount of dehydration that is produced in the body, taking self-medication or buying medicines from pharmacies and lack of awareness about going to the doctor or hospital can lead to death of diarrhea patient. For those who have vomiting and diarrhea — these two types of problems occur together, take their food saline to the hospital immediately. No matter what the age of the patient, it cannot be neglected.
