Speakers at the commemoration said that Suchitra Sen is the great heroine of two Bengalis. Film lovers still remember his performance. He became a legend with his looks and acting skills. The void of Bengali film that he lost will never be filled. They also said that the heroine spent her childhood and adolescence in this house in Hemsagar Lane in Pabna city. Suchitra Sen’s memory is scattered in every corner of the house. Educated in two schools in the city. Although the house was rescued from illegal occupation three months after his death, no memorial has been set up there. There is no end to the regrets among the cultural activists of the district. The people of Pabna think that it is possible to retain the memory of Suchitra Sen if a memorial museum is built in her ancestral home after overcoming all the complications.
